Gig Harbor - Equator
This is a fun plein air painting done on location at one of the commercial docks in Gig Harbor. I got lucky and got there while the fleet was in, and during a period of good light and colorful clouds. I love walking the docks and seeing the history recorded in the commercial boats. It's a challenging way to make a living, and the years of use really shows in some of them.
